Throw an error for any polyfilled component that mixes old lifecycles (`componentWillMount`, `componentWillReceiveProps`, or `componentWillUpdate`) and new lifecycles (`getDerivedStateFromProps` or `getSnapshotBeforeUpdate`) as React 16.3+ does not support this case and will not invoke the old lifecycles.
